What are ESRB Content Descriptors
The ESRB creates an unbiased, standardised rating system to assess whether a video game is suitable for a child or not. To optimise ESRB ratings, one must check content descriptors used by the ESRB on the back of a game package.
Fantasy violence game
They include alcohol reference, animated blood, blood & gore, cartoon violence, comic mischief, crude humour, drug reference, edutainment, fantasy violence, real gambling, informational, mild or intense violence, mature humour, mature sexual themes, mild or strong language, mild or strong violence, nudity, sexual violence, strong sexual content, suggestive themes, tobacco reference, as well as use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. The descriptor, “Some Adult Assistance May Be Needed,” is only used for games with the symbol EC, or early childhood.
